Product Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop Custom Tools: Utilize the Revit API to create and enhance plugins and tools that improve workflows and functionalities for our users.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct product demos and present workflows.
- Collaborate with Development: Work on defining, designing, and testing new features.
- Create Content: Write documentation and tutorials.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Revit experience.
- Background in architecture, engineering, or BIM management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
Customer Success Manager
Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Guide trials and implementations, provide trainings, conduct account reviews, gather product feedback, and generally ensure customers get the most out of our tools.
- Manage Technical Support: Oversee our email support, help site and internal documentation. Develop and manage reporting on technical support operations.
- Develop Content: Create clear and engaging documentation and video content to support our users. Collaborate on customer case studies, product highlights, webinars and other content marketing.
- Manage a Team: Work with and lead 2+ product specialists to deliver on the above.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Revit.
- Strong background in BIM or design technology management.
- Explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- See the whole picture and consider how everything connects when making important decisions.
- Confident establishing goals and priorities, mapping out a process to meet them, getting others on board and ensuring progress.
- Easily connect with people, understand their perspective and find alignment.
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed.
