Public Bathroom Furniture

Give your Revit projects the bathrooms they deserve with this free collection of high-quality bathroom furniture.

When considering which rooms your projects couldn't possibly live without, the bathroom has to be towards the top of the list for most projects. While many buildings may not require a kitchen or a bedroom or a garage, they will almost certainly need bathroom facilities. And bathrooms need furniture.

Following on from our bathroom accessory content, we’ve created this free collection of high-quality bathroom furniture for Revit, featuring small file sizes and great craftsmanship, all complete with 2D geometry.

Let's take a look at what's included.

LED mirrors

The collection contains a set of back- and side-lit LED bathroom mirrors from the manufacturer Meek Mirrors. They are rectangular with only one built-in type and instance parameters to drive the height and width.

Due to the vast number of stock and custom sizes available from Meek Mirrors, we feel it’s better to have the size set as an instance rather than use a giant type catalog. Personally, I’m not a big fan of type catalogs having more than say 60 types. Having over 300 types is cumbersome for users, even with search filters.

IR sensor taps

From manufacturer The Splash Lab, we have two wall-mounted tap families with IR sensors. One is battery-operated and the other has a main power supply with the appropriate electrical connector and parameters. Both Revit families have five built-in types for the different tap and sensor materials.

Wash hand basins

The collection also includes a variety of wash hand basins from The Splash Lab. We created both the Monolith L and Monolith L+ models. They feature a single built-in type defined by the composite material. Each model range has been split into six separate families to account for the number of drain connections.

We’ve also added a set of these wash hand basins with nested taps from The Splash Lab. The nested tap families are shared, so they will appear correctly in a schedule.

WC stalls

Last but not least, we have three WC stall families from the manufacturer Hadrian. They are all modeled after the head-rail braced version and are split into three families due to project construction, allowing for a left-hand run, right-hand run and enclosed configurations.

The WC stalls are array families which means they are capable of creating any number of WC stalls. They have 56 types that define the width, length, height, number of stalls and the model series such as standard, elite, elite plus and elite max. You can create a custom type to suit your project needs with only a few clicks.
